Here is news of one of the best buys around at present. I got it for a mere £1 – absolutely new – from FOPP in Brighton
David Crosby: Déjà vu
Disky SI 640372
This album is a re-ordered version of the King Biscuit Flower Hour - a live album released in 1996, and is a recording of a concert that occurred in 1989.
It contains 14 tracks of the old hippy’s fruity voice crooning some of his most favoured ditties including Déjà Vu, Wooden Ships, Long Time Coming and Almost Cut My Hair. Sadly there are none of the very moody noodles from the Man’s all-time greatest album ‘If I Could Only Remember My Name.’ Nevertheless, if you can get hold of it at a similar price, I sincerely urge you to do so.
If you’re not already a Crosby fan, this could help you on your way.
