9X9?

This is one of my recent junk shop finds and hails from New York circa 2000 AD. I can't quite figure out why it's called 9X9. There are 4 The Fletcher Pratts [or should that be The Fletchers Pratt?] and 12 tracks on the disc. Perhaps it's some strange American attempt at irony. But this is all irrelevant, I suppose.

Let's be brief. Don't beat around the bush, I hear you plea. Good solid pounding punky garage pop. Never likely to go out of date. Well worth a dollar of anyon'es pocket money - or maybe even more. Rock on.
